1. Credcrud is written, verbal, and kinesthetic actions taken that subtract from your credibility. Like plague on one’s teeth, credcrud builds up over time and can cause cavities in your credibility.
2. Examples of credcrud include: incorrect or outdated copyright notices on a website, photos that are 20 years out of date, spelling mistakes on websites and social media profiles, too many “ummms” in a speech, etc.
3. Small quantities of credcrud is okay. We are all human. The continual buildup on credcrud across your social and web presence can cause prospects to avoid reaching out to you.
